1. Invoice Issuance and Due Dates

Invoices for hosting services are generated during the standard billing run occurring between the 25th day of the current month and the 5th day of the following month. All invoices are due on the 1st day of the month for which services are billed. Invoices are sent via email to the address provided in your account, and it remains your responsibility to ensure contact information is current and to monitor for invoice notifications.

2. Proration for New Orders

New hosting orders are prorated based on activation date. The initial invoice covers the period from activation date to the end of the current billing month, calculated on a daily basis. For example, service activated on the 15th of a 30-day month would reflect approximately 50% of the full monthly fee, plus applicable setup costs.

3. Payment Methods and Allocation Timelines

Multiple secure payment methods are accepted. Allocation refers to the time required for funds to be credited after receipt:

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): Payments may take up to three working days to allocate. You must initiate EFT payments sufficiently in advance of due dates. For late EFT payments, submit proof of payment to request manual verification and potential suspension mitigation.

  • Stripe: Enables immediate allocation upon successful transaction. Stripe is recommended for automated recurring payments.

  • NowPayments (Cryptocurrency): Supports various cryptocurrencies with immediate allocation upon confirmation. A 10% discount may apply to qualifying hosting services.

All payments must be made in Euro (EUR) unless otherwise specified. Cash, checks, and unlisted methods are not accepted.

4. Overdue Accounts and Suspensions

Accounts with unpaid or overdue invoices are subject to suspension on the 21st day of each month, resulting in temporary unavailability of services. Submit valid proof of payment to avoid suspension due to delayed EFT allocation. Repeated overdue payments may lead to account termination, collection actions, or referral to third-party agencies. Late fees of 5% per month may apply to balances outstanding beyond 30 days.

5. Refunds and Disputes

Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy. Prorated refunds may be issued for unused service periods in eligible cases, less administrative fees. Invoice disputes must be raised in writing within 14 days of issuance, with investigation and response within a reasonable timeframe.

6. General Provisions

All fees exclude applicable taxes, which will be added as required by law. Billing timelines may be adjusted in the event of force majeure with prior notice. Contact support via the client portal for questions or assistance.

By subscribing to services, you agree to comply with this policy. Failure to adhere may result in service interruptions or termination.
