Cancellation Policy
Updated: 13 July 2026
This Cancellation Policy details procedures for terminating hosting services with Noiz. It supplements the Terms of Service and Billing and Payment Policy. The company may amend this Policy periodically, with updates posted online. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
1. Cancellation Requests
- Customers may cancel hosting services anytime by submitting written request via client portal, email to support, or designated support channels. Verbal requests are not accepted.
- Cancellations must include account details, service identifiers, and clear statement of intent to terminate.
2. Effective Date of Cancellation
- Requests received by the 25th of the current month end services at month’s end with no further billing.
- Requests after the 25th become effective at the end of the following month. Customers remain responsible for fees until the effective termination date.
- For example: August 24 submission ends August 31; August 26 submission ends September 30.
3. Prorated Refunds and Obligations
- Upon effective cancellation, prepaid fees for unused periods may receive prorated refunds, subject to the Refund Policy and administrative cost deductions.
- All outstanding invoices must be settled before or upon cancellation. Failure may delay processing and result in continued billing.
- Data backup responsibility rests with customers; content export before termination is recommended as access may be revoked post-cancellation.
4. Automatic Renewals and Recurring Services
- Recurring billing services auto-renew monthly unless canceled per this Policy.
- Cancellation does not affect obligations under separate agreements like domain registrations or add-on services.
5. Exceptions and Disputes
- Services may be terminated immediately for Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service violations, without refund.
- Cancellation disputes should be directed to support within 7 days of request submission for amicable resolution.
